After the initial conversation, I finally felt hope regarding my case, which has been investigated by the R.I.C.H.R. for over a year. It finally felt like I was being heard. He asked me to send over the original claim from R.I.C.H.R. and the rebuttal from the lawyer for the company. I also included my rebuttals so he had all the information. I have over 200 pages of documentation about how my former company violated my rights regarding my ADA reasonable accommodation; this should be an open and closed case. I sent Mr Forminsano the original email on 9/26/2022, sent him a second email on 9/27/2022 to just clarify something I had said in our initial phone conversation. There was no communication back from him; I sent another email on 10/5/2022, asking him if he thought I had any kind of case and how much stress this was all causing me (my disability is of a mental health nature). Again no reply on 10/7/2022. I called and left a message on his answering machine, figuring maybe my email got put in a junk folder, but I never heard back from him. This would be four times I tried to get any communication back from him, and he just never thought me or my case was important enough to respond to at all. Based on the other negative reviews, it could have been this company was too small for him to get a decent settlement out of or too small to make for a good advertisement for his firm. I'm sure he was great on the bigger corporations' lawsuits, I'm just saying if you are looking to get some vindication for what happened to you and you work for a smaller company, this law firm is not a good choice.

Instead of protecting us, this firm and GEICO routed our vehicle to An Auto Body in Providence, where staff explicitly bragged they 'try not to total cars.' Geico hid structural fees to fabricate a fraudulent 78% repair estimate to trap our vehicle and rack up expensive storage and rental fees, while this firm completely neglected our severe concussions, my knee injury and my husbands dangerous spinal injuries. Former case manager Ciara Monroe actively engaged in medical bullying, telling me to 'calm down' before hanging up and completely abandoning an injured client on crutches on a Friday afternoon.
