After the initial conversation, I finally felt hope regarding my case, which has been investigated by the R.I.C.H.R. for over a year. It finally felt like I was being heard. He asked me to send over the original claim from R.I.C.H.R. and the rebuttal from the lawyer for the company. I also included my rebuttals so he had all the information. I have over 200 pages of documentation about how my former company violated my rights regarding my ADA reasonable accommodation; this should be an open and closed case. I sent Mr Forminsano the original email on 9/26/2022, sent him a second email on 9/27/2022 to just clarify something I had said in our initial phone conversation. There was no communication back from him; I sent another email on 10/5/2022, asking him if he thought I had any kind of case and how much stress this was all causing me (my disability is of a mental health nature). Again no reply on 10/7/2022. I called and left a message on his answering machine, figuring maybe my email got put in a junk folder, but I never heard back from him. This would be four times I tried to get any communication back from him, and he just never thought me or my case was important enough to respond to at all. Based on the other negative reviews, it could have been this company was too small for him to get a decent settlement out of or too small to make for a good advertisement for his firm. I'm sure he was great on the bigger corporations' lawsuits, I'm just saying if you are looking to get some vindication for what happened to you and you work for a smaller company, this law firm is not a good choice.

Do not trust Marasco & Nesselbush with your family's safety. After our serious car accident, a licensed shop flagged our vehicle as an obvious total loss. Instead of protecting us, this firm and GEICO routed our vehicle to An Auto Body in Providence, where staff explicitly bragged they 'try not to total cars.' Geico hid structural fees to fabricate a fraudulent 78% repair estimate to trap our vehicle and rack up expensive storage and rental fees, while this firm completely neglected our severe concussions, my knee injury and my husbands dangerous spinal injuries. Former case manager Ciara Monroe actively engaged in medical bullying, telling me to 'calm down' before hanging up and completely abandoning an injured client on crutches on a Friday afternoon. I single-handedly broke our insurance carrier's math and forced the total loss on my own. When looking at this firm's official website, I discovered our Rhode Island personal injury claim was being managed by an associate, Jacqueline Carroll, whose profile explicitly states she is restricted to the Massachusetts Bar and the disability practice area. Associate Jacqueline Carroll, Case Manager Jessica, and Senior Partner Timothy Lynch flat-out lied to my face on the phone, claiming she was secretly a licensed RI personal injury master and gaslighting me by telling me the public website bio was just a 'two-year-old error'--which is physically impossible since she has only been a lawyer for less than three years total. When they realized I was too sharp to be a sucker, Partner Timothy Lynch stepped in to execute corporate damage control and abruptly dropped our case on the spot. They abandoned an injured family on crutches right during our scheduled home move and non-negotiable physical therapy sessions. Immediately after, they used a final lie to retaliate, weaponizing The Auto Body's name to falsely claim our emergency rental car was being cut off by next Friday to force a rapid salvage release and bury the fraud trail before state investigators can audit the vehicle. They lied about her license, they lied about the medical neglect, and they lied about the rental car. Formal regulatory fraud and consumer protection complaints have already been filed with the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation (DBR Reference ID: 72054) and the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office.
