There is absolutely no store like this and truly unique finds. I send all my family and friends here. Not only that, but Sue the owner also does custom arrangements and interior design. I've often come in showing her pictures of a room, and she curates and designs a space on the spot. Sue truly has an incredibly rare talent and eye for design that cannot be imitated. Other stores may try to duplicate her looks, but they don't even come close! Sue is the real deal, and is always ahead of the trends - often setting her own. She has really great pieces, and love to support women owned business. Go check her out, you'll never go anywhere else!!

Jordens can in first for annoying unrelenting sales people to the point I told one off, I left vowing never to come back. Skip to today when we visited Boston Interiors. The store was light, airy and had a great mix of clean quality styles. The first sofa we saw was quality and comfort right before our eyes. We decided to walk around and low and behold we were only asked once if we wanted help. Once we checked everything out and decided to buy, we asked a nice woman if she could help us. She sent over an associate who listened and did not have the need to be on a full time sales pitch. We happy purchased two sofas, a leather recliner and a swivel recliner and are happy with the new friends we made. A different kind of store, with different kind of people. 5 stars is almost too few.

Each booth is immaculately curated with great pieces. Mostly items that would be dated between the 50'-80's. I found the pricing to be pretty fair. Then we took the trolley and started to roll it out and they freaked out and said we couldn't do that. Then we had to stand there and wait and some man walked over (which is fine but it was really hostile and awkward) and they said to pull the car up. They continued to tell other employees how we tried to take the trolley in some sort of disbelief as if they told us but they never did. Super rude and unclear about policies. A 15 pound table on a trolley won't kill anyone so don't yell at customers for trying to take it out when you didn't try to do it yourself in the first place.

But this time I went on Tuesday to pick up a few things and not only is the customer service lacking but there was no management on site. There were only a few guests in front of me in line and the line grew behind me as there was only one cashier who was processing a credit card application. This poor cashier kept calling for backup and no one arrived for at least 20 mins. Meanwhile people in line put things down and left as they could no longer wait. Finally when cashiers did arrive the crowd erupted in cheers and the staff could have cared less. When I mentioned the wait was too long I was told by the nasty cashier "Well I'm here now". Not sure who owns the store but your "managers" need to be trained on how to properly run a store because they are horrible.
