On pickup the service was ok, they loaded it in my truck, but didn't offer to help tie it down. Lame. The reason I rated them just 2 stars starts here: I got my new sofa and love seat home expecting to have to put the legs in them as it said "Some Assembly Required" well the love seat already had the legs installed, great thanks! The sofa didn't. No biggie, I screwed them in and thought I was all set and ready to enjoy Christmas in our new house with our new living room set. Turns out, the love seat with the legs already screwed in was missing the throw pillows. We called the store right away and they said they'd check the warehouse and call us back. On Saturday we called again since they never called back Friday night. I was told the warehouse didn't have them and that they'd get back to me. Tuesday, day after Christmas, I called the corporate office and she says they didn't find them and they'd have to order from the manufacturer and it will be 2-4 weeks... She said they never called me back on Saturday because they were closed at the corporate office. No one in Westboro mentioned that, they led me to believe I'd be getting a call back that day. At the end of the day the furniture seems decent and it's not the end of the world that the order was incomplete or that it's going to take weeks to arrive. The issue is they came off as if my problem wasn't a huge deal to them and they'd get to it when they get to it. I don't expect to you work Christmas Day or even Christmas Eve for this, but be up front and mention that the office is closed and I should expect a call Tuesday.

We were very…read morespecific with the salesman that we would need removal of a king mattress, split adjustable box AND HEADBOARD, and were told "no problem - we'll take all that." First, the delivery folks did not want to put to coasters down to protect the floor. I has to convince them to do so, so they eventually did. Then, they would NOT take the headboard despite the "no problem" we got in the store. We even did them the courtesy of taking the old set apart for them before they came. I called customer service while they were there, who said they'd call back. We did not get a call until AFTER the truck left. She then said that the headboard would be $100 to remove - but the truck is gone, so, not their problem I guess. Now I have to arrange and pay extra to find someone to take a king-size headboard out of my house. We have purchased a lot of furniture and bedding from them (almost exclusively) previously over the years. We will not be doing so again. There are plenty if furniture stores that will gladly have our business.

She seemed annoyed while she was processing our order and argued with us regarding a delivery fee that was quoted to us by another associate whom we first spoke with. We will definitely do business with one of the other associates there if we go back! The other associate whom we were first speaking with is Adam. Adam was friendly, helpful and professional. He is a great asset to your store and is a role model for how associates should treat their customers! The young woman who took our payment was also very kind and professional. Kudos to her as well for doing such a great job. I didn't get her name unfortunately as I was flustered by Liz.

    We bought a sectional sofa in January 2026 at the Westborough Ashley Furniture store and paid for…read moreit to be delivered into our home. The delivery service was horrible. The two men were unprofessional. They did not wrap or protect the furniture inside the truck or outside. One of the pieces was dropped in the truck when they were putting in on the lift. After they brought the 3 pieces into the house they left the cushions in a pile on the floor and did not assemble the sectional. When we put the sectional together we discovered a 4 inch tear on the sofa material and immediately called the store. The delivery people denied tearing the material and the store said that since the Westborough Ashley store uses a third party delivery service there is nothing the store could do to help us. You cannot reach anyone at the national level because these stores are franchises. You cannot get help at the Westborough store owner because they will not take responsibility for a hiring a cheap, unprofessional delivery company. And the delivery people are not kept accountable. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE AT THE WESTBOROUGH ASHLEY STORE.

We went to the Millbury Raymour & Flanigan expecting to buy quality furniture. The salesman confidently sold us what he called their "best" bedroom set, which turned out to be a complete joke. First delivery only the couches show up. We call and are told the rest of the order was never even processed. That alone should have been a red flag, but it only got worse from there. Next delivery: missing dresser and a damaged chest. Then again. And again. And again. Eight separate delivery attempts and they STILL couldn't get it right. Every single chest arrived damaged. That's 9 days of taking time off work for a company that clearly has zero quality control and no respect for its customers' time. After the 8th failure, we demanded an exchange. They sent us an hour away to Warwick, RI, where we wasted 5 hours of our day, only to be blindsided with a demand for over another $4,000. Nearly double the original cost. No one mentioned that beforehand completely misleading and unacceptable. We were baffled at how another set could be so much more when we thought we were getting one of the best sets. Their response to this was "We apologize your salesman doesn't have great product knowledge." That's not an explanation that's an admission of how poorly this place is run. We were forced into a 9th delivery - still not right. After over 2 months of dealing with this mess, we scheduled a repair, only for them to cancel the day before because they "overbooked," and push us out another 2 weeks like our time means nothing. We've asked to speak to a manager 8-10 times--and have been completely ignored. No callbacks, no follow-up, nothing. At every single step, this company has failed--sales, ordering, delivery, customer service, and management. Damaged products, repeated mistakes, wasted time, zero accountability, and complete disregard for customers. This isn't just bad service--it's a complete failure and disgrace of a business.     I recently purchased a rocker recliner from Raymour and Flanagan in Big Flats, NY. The store was…read morewell stocked and salesman friendly, I sat in a few and finally zeroed in one. I was looking for something to replace my Laz-y-Boy which had finally broken. I was told that they were no longer made, which I found out wasn't true. Let me say that I am 82, still very active but have some back and hip issues. I received the new chair a few days later and sat in it whilst the delivery men were still here and gave the ok that it was fine and they left. I covered the chair with a blanket and towels which I always do to keep it clean, sat in it for two days and realized it was not a good fit for me. I called to see if I could return it and was told no returns. i can return shoes or clothing or other items if not used for full refunds but not a $$1,349 chair, I did not use the chair while I was going back and forth with customer service to no avail, but eventually told they would let me return it after but would take off 25 percent, restocking fee, but i could only get credit in the store, no refund, and would also have to pay another pick up and delivery fee. On the brochure they handed me with my receipt for $1,609.14, tax and delivery, it says "due to the care we put forth, unable to process returns once merchandise has been accepted". I am keeping the chair but I will not do business with them again. I believe your salesmen should be trained to tell this to potential buyers. PS: I let my husband read this before I send it and he would not be as pleasant as I am.

They continued to tell other employees how we tried to take the trolley in some sort of disbelief as if they told us but they never did. Super rude and unclear about policies. A 15 pound table on a trolley won't kill anyone so don't yell at customers for trying to take it out when you didn't try to do it yourself in the first place.

There were only a few guests in front of me in line and the line grew behind me as there was only one cashier who was processing a credit card application. This poor cashier kept calling for backup and no one arrived for at least 20 mins. Meanwhile people in line put things down and left as they could no longer wait. Finally when cashiers did arrive the crowd erupted in cheers and the staff could have cared less. When I mentioned the wait was too long I was told by the nasty cashier "Well I'm here now". Not sure who owns the store but your "managers" need to be trained on how to properly run a store because they are horrible.
