He had the best price, plus I really appreciated his detailed explanation and timeframe. I was a little reluctant because they didn't have any reviews on Yelp, but they do have reviews on Google, plus I checked out their work on FB. I'm glad we went with Josh and his team. Straight up awesome. He stayed on top of the communications. I also appreciated being able to pay the deposit for materials via credit card through his invoicing system. There is small fee, but worth it to have the peace of mind. The communications from Josh was great. There was rain, which delayed things, but he always called and texted to keep in touch and plan around the rain. This was super important to me to be kept up to date, which he did. The work was to take place over a few days. On the first day of work they showed up on time and was very professional. I was able to check in on the progress and Josh kept me informed every step of the way. At the end of each day of work they cleaned up, kept the work site organized, and I always knew what was to happen next. The final work was top-notch. Both my wife and I were very happy. It actually turned out a little better than anticipated, which is huge. Happy wife, happy Moe (haha). I would absolutely work with Josh and the Litescape team again and would happily recommend them!

Raul and his team did a couple of projects for us. He initially trimmed some trees that badly…read moreneeded to be cut back. His pricing was very competitive with other tree services that we spoke with. Not only did they trim the trees, but they removed a large tree from the backyard and ground out the stump. It was a good-size project, but they showed up early and completed the job in a single day. Raul also gave us a competitive quote on rebuilding our deck and pergola. We recently moved in and the deck was a bit long in the tooth. The existing pergola had rotted and warped wood with nails that were pulling loose and exposed. One of the things my fiancee and I appreciated was that Raul came by the house several times beforehand. He discussed our project and took a lot of measurements. He was also very good about picking up supplies that I purchased at Lowes / Home Depot. We asked Raul and his team to remove the pergola and replace it with a brand-new structure that was structurally sound and capable of supporting an acrylic plastic covering. They were also able to build the new cover with a 10-inch drop, so that rain water runs off instead of pooling on top. They also power washed the deck and repainted everything so that it matches the house and looks brand-new. His team added an outdoor ceiling fan and replaced several additional pieces of rotted wood on the stairs and deck structure. It was a large project that Raul and his team finished in just over a week, including some last-minute extras that we added during the project. He and his team were extremely professional -- and very reliable -- throughout. Raul consistently made sure that we had a chance to provide input throughout the process. He clearly takes pride in his work and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the project. The end result is a fabulous, well-built covered area that greatly enhances the appearance and value of our home. My fiancee and I would not hesitate not hesitate to use The Great Tree again. Nor would would we hesitate to provide a work reference for Raul if he requested one.
