However, he did not take our Insurance and so we had to leave. It didn't take me long before I came across Cherrydale Dental Associates who 'did' take our Insurance! They have female Dentists which I had never had! Plus they are just a little more than a mile from where we live! To give you an idea about them is, a short time ago I had a pain in my upper back tooth. It was painful and I called them to see when they could see me. They were able to see me that afternoon and 'we all found out' I actually had a hole in my tooth! Very unusual, but, the next day they were able to fill it and that is what I call 'Awesome'! My husband and I are both thrilled we have found these wonderful Professionals and a knowledgeable group of caring and kind individuals!

Today's Dental needs to update their website for online booking, to disable booking for services that are unavailable. Until the site is updated, employees need to check what services customers book online, so they can call and cancel appointments for which services are unavailable. I will attend a big event next week, and now there is no availability for me to book another cleaning appointment with them or an alternative provider before I go. Today's Dental cost me time and wages, and they denied me the opportunity to receive the service that I need.

The staff are all welcoming and friendly. That is huge when going to the dentist. Today was my third visit with them. Attention to detail and overall care from office staff, hygienists and dentist. I didn't need any of those crowns! Today I did go back in to repair an old crown. Highly recommend headphones especially for any major issues. It made the time go by quickly and with less stress. We all need less stress! I prepaid since insurance wouldn't cover this problem. At the end they told me I was getting a $192 refund as they didn't need to do as much work as expected!
