I found this office because I expected a cleaning with no problems when we moved to Greenville. The first place we tried told me I needed three crowns and some fillings over $4000 out of pocket after insurance! ‍ Reedy River has impressed me every visit! The staff are all welcoming and friendly. That is huge when going to the dentist. Today was my third visit with them. Attention to detail and overall care from office staff, hygienists and dentist. I didn't need any of those crowns! Today I did go back in to repair an old crown. Highly recommend headphones especially for any major issues. It made the time go by quickly and with less stress. We all need less stress! I prepaid since insurance wouldn't cover this problem. At the end they told me I was getting a $192 refund as they didn't need to do as much work as expected! I told my husband, he is looking forward to his upcoming appointment. I highly recommend for dental services if in the Greenville area! So thankful to have found an excellent dentist! read more

I am extremely happy to have found Reedy River Dentistry thanks to the reviews of the two elite Yelpers below whose recommendation I took. These guys are great.... and honest ta boot! We came in with an appointment for a crown ($1400 procedure) based on what a previous dentist said we needed. Turns out the previous dentist liked money. Reedy River said that a filling would be fine... no crown or root canal needed. $280 instead of $1400. Honesty, and clean good work. We will be back. Nice to know there is an honest and talented dentist in Greenville. read more

This place did a good job and the staff and doctor are very warm and welcoming. I love that it is walking distance from my house. The only thing is I found out after my first appointment that my insurance is out of network so I ended up having to pay a lot out of pocket. So I will be looking for another dentist :( read more

I've been coming here for 3 years. Sorry I didn't write a review yet, I love these people! I found them on Yelp after moving to Greenville and they had great reviews. Let's get to the point, my teeth are healthy! When I first arrived, I had gum recession and cavities. I was given a referral to a great gum graft doctor and had my cavities filled. One cavity was in a very difficult spot on my gum line in the back of my mouth and to top it off I have a small mouth. A couple weeks later that filling fell out, and while that may seem not so good, Dr. Hicklin immediately had me seen and replaced the filling with no charge. Its how businesses react to these types of circumstances that determines its level of greatness! This team is so friendly and genuine about my care. They allow me to ask questions and take the time to fully explain what will be done. The office itself is beautiful, clean, full of plants and nice decor. I'm grateful for this team! read more

I am known for being very picky about everything and very hard to please. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This the best place to go for dental care in Greenville, SC. After dodging dental care and work for several years, a year ago I was in a pickle when a tooth broke. They saw me that day no problem and when the tooth was pulled I had no complications what so ever. The facility is clean with a very warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Hicklin and all of the dental staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I always fear getting fillings because I fear they will look odd and I fear pain, but at Reedy River Dentistry it was painless and a breeze, unless I tell you my teeth had been filled you would never know, and while having fillings and cleanings done I was comfortable.
