A month ago, I made an appointment for a cleaning. When I showed up for my appointment, they said that they don't offer hygiene services on Friday. Today's Dental needs to update their website for online booking, to disable booking for services that are unavailable. Until the site is updated, employees need to check what services customers book online, so they can call and cancel appointments for which services are unavailable. I will attend a big event next week, and now there is no availability for me to book another cleaning appointment with them or an alternative provider before I go. walked in not being able to think straight from the pain of a cracked tooth and was immediately greeted and by a very professional receptionist, within minutes was taken back and treated. The quality of care was top notch, Dr Jay and his assistant were thorough and informative. I would say I won the lottery with the care I receive! had teeth pulled upper and bottom to get fitted for dentures. after having teeth removed it took approximately six weeks b before I was even fitted for the dentures. the top dentures were acceptable, but the bottom dentures are very uncomfortable and will not stay in. I know that bottom ones have a problem staying stationary, but this not acceptable. I would not recommend. read more

Absolutely terrible. Came for my wisdom teeth and they kept me wide awake, half of my face wasn't numb and I told them but they didn't believe so they cut into my mouth and I felt it. So they say oops and give me 5 more shots to numb it. Terrible recovery too. Second time appointment was at 2 didn't get in till 2:40 and waited another 30 minutes to get teeth cleaned never coming again absolutely miserable time read more

The doctors at the clinic are very good, I had my molars extracted and I didn't feel any pain and it was quick.

They broke my partial the refused to pay for it. They offered to send it to the lab. When I got it back the from tooth broke off while I was in front of people. Then they said they just glued it in house. Went back in and they had patient information on screen showing his hiv status. I told them that's a hippy violation. Filled my teeth and left them filling gritty and sharp. Office was full of plug ins that tore my allergies and asthma up. They said they would give me a free partial, but after seeing How they are and half step,, I just want my money back and go elsewhere. read more

Today Dental is a very poor place to take your children to. I took my 10 year daughter to that dentist today on 02/20/2023 because my daughter tooth has been hurting. I arrived at the place to sit for one hour to be seen, then we finally got called back. They took X-ray of my daughter teeth then they told me she has a cavity and a red bump on her front gum. They did not explain what the red bump was or how to treat the red bump, they told me that my daughter can not be treated at that dentist place. read more

not good. nightmare administrative staff. told me my insurance was in network, the bill came and turns out it isn't. told me i didn't confirm my appointment when i showed them my confirmation on my phone and they still didn't believe me. told me i had a balance and i told them that isn't right and i went back and looked at bank statements and showed proof of payment and they said "oh okay". DO NOT GO THERE DO NOT!!!! if you get a tooth pulled IT WILL HURT REALLLYYY BAD and they tell you to raise your left hand when it does just to tell you to quit moving. I'm 18 years old and had to get a tooth extracted the nunb me then told me to raise my left hand when it hurts the first time I raise my low can they gave me another shot didn't give it time to kick in then they started Drilling in my gums and all and it started hurting really really bad almost to point I couldn't stand it I started kicking my feet scratching the bed about screaming because of how bad it hurt and then the doctor had the nerve to look me in the face and told me with attitude now I know that doesn't hurt you need to sit still... and kept going.... Wasn't able to be seen by the dentist but wouldn't recommend trying to go. I set up an appointment online via their website a week in advance, confirmed, and filled out new patient forms. Showed up early for my appointment only to be told I didn't have one because I hadn't confirmed. I showed them the texts and explained what I had done and was told the online booking doesn't work. (Why is it even available then???) anyway, proceeded to ask when I could be seen. They said maybe at 11 if another patient didn't show up, I filled out the forms AGAIN. And gave my ID and insurance, was then told my insurance needed to be verified first and I'd have to wait for that before they could start, but they go to lunch from 12-1 so they may not be able to do my cleaning, but would do my exam and X-rays (which were not requested or what the appointment was booked for) ‍ I'd have to come back another day for the cleaning - moral of the story - don't waste your time, don't bother, just go somewhere else. read more

I used to be scared of the Dentist till I came Here. Dr. Ian Barnard and his assistant Jannay Wright, are the best, as well as the entire staff. They're extremely good at their job and I can say I'm no longer afraid to get any work done. So if you're looking for a great dentist this is the place to go. read more

My family has been going here since 2020. I have 2 bad experiences & I won't be going back. The staff is great - the dentist have been the problem. One dentist who treated my grandchildren was a rock he is no longer there. Then there's Dr. Figliorelly who became upset because he couldn't extract my tooth because of the deep roots. He removed the crown off of my tooth attempted to remove it & told the assistant send her to the oral surgeon. Walked out of the room & said absolutely nothing. No bedside manner, no treatment plan, no nothing. Not even a what to expect or if/what I can eat. I received a piece of paper saying call these places to see if they can get you in, but its day after New Year, all were closed. Had to go in the office & speak to receptionist 3x's because he wasn't professional. I returned home numb & traumatized from this experience. I will not be returning with my family. If the staff is more professional & has more compassion than the dentist, than there's a problem. Its interesting how there are no negative reviews on their website, but plenty here. read more
