Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. After going back & forth with the owner, trying to schedule for almost two weeks, I called him yesterday to see if he can detail my car today. He said they could be to my residence between 2-3PM. I agreed that the time would work for me. He called me at 11:10 AM to say that they could be here between 12-12:30PM. I told him to make it 12:30; he agreed. Since I live in an apt bldg, I texted him at 12:20PM just to let him know I was waiting in my car at the front entrance to my building. No response! I waited until 12:45PM and texted to ask for his ETA; he texted back that they would arrive at 1:05PM. His worker called me at 1:02PM to tell me that they were stuck in traffic and they would be here in 45 minutes!! A bit unrealistic; traffic is not that heavy around 1PM, but I just said OK. WELL, NO-SHOW! NO CALL OR TEXT... AND WORST OF ALL... NO APOLOGY!!! I called the owner's number and his worker's number at 2:00PM; both calls went to voicemail! I then texted the owner to let him know that he wasted my entire day. He then texted back that he's in class and he asked ME if his worker was having trouble finding me? I would not know because I wasn't advised! I had two problems with that text... The first being that the owner lied to me, because he previously told me about a week ago, that he has classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Well, today is Wednesday and he texted that he's in class! My second issue is that he told me that HE and his worker would both be working on my car, and gave me no indication otherwise! Save yourself the aggravation and find another detailer to work on your car! And don't be fooled by all the phony reviews; his own worker, Zain, gave a 5-Star review! Yelp doesn't recommend the phony reviews for good reason! Kudos to Yelp for detecting the deception!

I took my car to be washed yesterday in the evening, Their equipment tore off one side of my license plate. When I got home the plate was hanging off by one screw and could have dropped off during the drive. Because I approached my car from the drivers side when they brought it out, I did not see the dame before I left. They dried the car well, but had to see the license plate hanging. The plate was properly secured before I entered the car wsh because when I got into the car, I saw the plate properly affixed. They had to see the plate and didn't say anything. Leaving a customer to discover damage on their own is highly unprofessional. Make sure you do a 360 degree walk around of your vehicle if you go there to have it washed before driving away from where they park it at the curb after going through the wash. I have second thoughts about ever returning there.
