I have a beautiful, one-of-a-kind, curio cabinet with curved glass walls made 70 years ago by my grandfather. Job was done within estimated time frame and the 2 technicians were very kind and mindful. They cleaned up ALL the broken glass from ledge and all around the floor making sure all shards are disposed of. I appreciated this since i have 2 kids a puppy and a newborn on the way. Not only that.. they wore shoe covers while in my house! Big kudos. What makes me write this review besides the great job the techs did is that my wife had touched the glue around the window by mistake, causing a mess. I quickly called the office and they had the techs come back and fix it for me for no cost. I thought that was great customer service within itself. We are so happy with our shower glass doors. Our master bathroom shower was a tough design to do as it was very big and we were worried about safety vs. design. Needed to board up my store quickly, Dedicated Glass Works was quick to fit us into the schedule and great with communication during the whole process. In all the chaos I didn't ask for a quote from them but had other companies quotes so had a rough idea what the work should cost. Was just happy to have a crew show up during the weekend of looting in soho. The team was quick, did great work and friendly. The issue was when the invoice arrived there was a shock to the bill it was more of the price of glass being put in instead of just boarding up.... The owner did work with us to meet at a more reasonable price for the the job done. Would happily work with them again but absolutely get a quote before hand. read more

I needed a glass window replacement and I was referred to this company from another company I found on angieslist. The guy came in to my apartment to see what the windows looked like then said he would get back to me after he talked to his guys to see if he could make it work. Called him 4-5 times and left him several texts, every time I spoke to him he said he would call me right back or that he would be in the city on X day that week and would call me to set up a time slot, never heard back. This went on for weeks until I finally gave up and texted him that if he's too busy then let me know and I will take my business elsewhere...alas still no response. I got a handful of quotes from other places, most estimating me 5-10K and I gave him one last try, he answered his phone and said he spoke to his guys (all of a sudden his guys didn't need to come in and see my place anymore) and estimated it would run me 50-60K. I think he just didn't want the job for whatever reason so threw out a ridiculous number. Save your time and energy and find business elsewhere because this was the biggest waste of mine. read more
