Be very aware of this business, please go somewhere else. Cheryl listed my mobile home in Nov 2025 until March 1 worst agent ever! Was immediately listed as a 2 bd, it was 3 . She never fixed her error until my acquaintance called and made her change it in Jan, only one open house, and pics I sent she just threw up on the site all out of order of the floor plan. All that web traffic to my site sabatoged because of Cheryl's error, LAZY. As I was preparing to move March 1 , The home next to me same floor plan was listed for 10,000 more than mine and sold in February 2026 how gutrenching It feels that the equity I was so needing from the sale of my home they screwed me out of. Diane was so rude. Tells me to contact her or her team any day of the week or time of day. All I needed was a picture to prove that they put up a for sale sign on the land because the last realtor never did and she agreed. 6 weeks pass and she never sent me the photo and instead was upset at me for reaching out to her on a Sunday and that she wanted to cancel the contract with me. I was delighted to. She said that she thought I was holding pent up frustrations from the last realator and taking it out on her. Gimme a break. If I could give this woman ZERO STARS I would. I have had the unfortunate displeasure of having to deal with her since September of this year in regards to the sale of my new home. She not only doesn't keep track of what she's doing to deal with interested clients for properties she represents, she misleads her clients, she hassles your agent sending rude and condescending emails, and does not acquiesce vital information to your title company causing delay on closing procedures. She hid my keys in a "supra lockbox" only accessible to each realtor AND REFUSED TO RELEASE MY KEYS to myself or my family even once recording was complete to be petty and have my agent drive almost 2 hours to retrieve them WHICH IS ILLEGAL. If you need to sell a home please don't use this piece of garbage realtor and if you have to deal with her shenanigans on a buying perspective then Goodluck. read more

As a first time seller, you can imagine we were nervous/ inquisitive/ anxious, all of the above. We couldn't have chose a better realtor to take care of all of those needs and go above and beyond!
