Not only did he steal materials from my job site, he would sub out other handy men to do all the work while marking up their prices over 50% what they asked for so he could pocket the extra money for doing absolutely nothing. For those of you who are not familiar with contractor law, this is illegal as he is NOT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR! He has zero consideration for timelines and will always ask for a large deposit to begin. The second he receives it, he will give you excuse after excuse for his laziness and blatant incompetence. If you have already had the misfortune to hire this low life and he has wronged you or charged you more than $500.00 for a job (handymen can only charge that limit for work), feel free to report him to the contractors board who will go after him on your behalf.
