They have tried to pull my renters insurance for a liability claim on a rooftop swamp cooler they have failed to maintain leaving me and my kids in 100° for days . Last time it was a full week this time I've been texting requesting an emergency response due to the extreme heat's and there liability to fix these things with no reply whatsoever. Due to how rude and unprofessional there business has been it's forced me to move completely out of the home end of this month. Even with me calling code enforcement on my own home & them sending multiple unlicensed people obviously on drugs to fix my house while me and my kids are left to attend a nonprofessional "contractor " I would beware of using this company as from my perspective they will try to run up ur insurance and blame you for normal wear & tear. It's been completely unprofessional drama between them all being call "girl" in text messages and told "see you soon" in text as a form of threatening retaliations. Trying to send technicians with no warning just giving anyone permission to enter the property then try to blame me for how my dogs reacted . This whole reality/ property management business isn't for them. I've had to remind them on laws & my rights they have tried to act like don't exist . They claim only one property management but the property manager and his partner show up together and work against you as 1. Many times I have to be in communication with these people to be called names call combative and insatiable . for them to turn around and tell insurance companies I refused to let them work on there property ‍‍ please beware of Braelynn staff company. And her hired on workers. You will rent from them just for Them to try to charge your insurance for things & expect you to diagnose there home after they sent a unlicensed technician to "fix things " call you names and have the contractors they have working for them say different things !
