Although the services were really good, the website and customer service weren't. It was very difficult to figure out what I wanted because there were no descriptions of anything on the website. When we called to book something I described the type of skin I have and they just booked us in for services without knowing the price. Personally I would have preferred looking at my options and prices and then deciding what I wanted, but that was difficult to do on the phone. Don't get me wrong, the staff is definitely nice, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. Usually when I go to the spa I can get an RMT receipt, but was not advised until afterwards that I had to ask for an RMT in advance. More importantly, they overcharged my mom and we had to drive back to get her money back b/c she had to correct them b/c she booked a package that was advertised online but they charged her individually. It would have been helpful if there was a confirmation email or something when we book so we can check if everything is correct.

There was a shower and a toilet and a waiting area outside the restroom with an electric fireplace on the wall. The massage itself was super relaxing and enjoyable. The woman who did my massage spoke softly asking me what areas I'd like her to focus on and what would be included in my massage. She gave me clear direction and privacy. She was firm, and worked out a knot in my shoulder and did a full body massage. There was calming music playing softly. At the end, they gave me a cup of tea to drink while I changed. I was not rushed in the beginning or the end. I would absolutely love to come here again one day for another massage. Lots of comfort just walking through the door. You sign a waiver before entering the service. We all had a door detox today. They review what the detox does while you wait. The space is comfortable and quiet. I think the care they put into the facility is seen throughout the building. Cost was u set $200 for the 4 of us and the service lasted an hour. Definitely feeling 6' tall and bullproof
