I texted my landlord & told him that the AC wasn't working! Shortly after 8am, a tech showed up. After a while he didn't have great news! The tech guy called Will to confirm that he thought we would need a new unit!! Will confirmed! Needless to say I was upset, two fold, I live there & being I'm a small business, I really didn't won't to shut down for a day or several. Will told me he would get it done as quick as possible, but it would probably be the first of the following week! Will & his dad went the extra mile & brought me a huge fan to keep the coffee shop as cook as possible, so that I wouldn't have to close my business!! Can I just tell you.... At first Will was great to work with when he thought I would purchase from his company. He told me my service charge would be 98.00. After shopping around, I had to choose another HVAC company to install my unit. They gave me a better deal on the financing and I am a single mom. After I shared this with Will when I called to pay my service call invoice it now was 202.50?! I paid the invoice and then repeatedly called, leaving Will messages at work and on his cell. I wanted an explanation of why my bill went up over 100.00. The only work done was an assessment of my HVAC system! He still has not returned my calls. I have gotten no explanation of the invoice even after leaving him a message that I would share this with the better business bureau - which I have done...

They were a great company until they weren't. A technician came out to perform my winter maintenance and while there, drop liquid of which I believe is some type of freon or coil cleaner all over my hardwood stairs. When I sent the photos to Tim after the technician left, he was very rude and told me his technician didn't drop the product on my stairs and their solution do not stain. Important to note, I just had the cleaning service to clean the day before. I always check behind any service provided. The property is an short-term rental and has been vacant for a few weeks. So, no one else has been in the home. When I went in the home later that evening after the technician left there were stains on many of the stairs where some type of liquid left drops. Then, Tim proceeds to tell me he is not going to pay to have the stain removed and I will need to take him to court. He was very rude and nasty and totally disregarded me as one of his loyal customers. He was not customer focused at all and he certainly didn't care about the damage his technician did to my property. While I was able to pay to the have the stains removed and put down a protectant sealer, I am no longer a customer of ClimateMax. This company does not value its customers or their property. I added a few pics to show the stains, but it was more than just 3 stairs. I highly recommend that you do not do business with this company.
