Then came back a week later and checked the water but checked it treated (kitchen sink) & NOT untreated water from the spigot. Unfortunately, when the plumber, Gary began the work, it was discovered that the drainage and other pipes was way too high to be connected. The back of the cabinets and drywall had to be cut and removed to get access to the pipes in the wall as to reroute these pipes. After more than 5 hours the work was completed. The cabinets and drywall was repaired, even the insulation was placed between the pipes and the outside wall to prevent the pipes from freezing in the winter which was not done by the original contractors. I was sure this was going to cost me thousands. Incredibly, the cost after taxes was way less than I expect. I was completely satisfied with the work upon completion, and I would recommend Piedmont plumbing and fuel piping to anyone.

Sustainable Plumbing returned to our property several times attempting to fix their mistakes, but the issues persisted. 5. We were overbilled for services and charged repeatedly for repairs that should have been covered by warranty. 6. The owner of Sustainable Plumbing agreed during a phone call with me and my wife to issue a full refund for the project. 7. The company has now backtracked on this agreement and refuses to pay the refund. 8. We are unsure if proper permits were ever pulled for this job. 9.
