I know a bad review of a used car dealer - how could that be possible??…read more Well this dealer lives up to the stereotype unfortunately. Saw a car listed on their website and called to confirm it was still available. Told "Yep we still got it." I asked how late they were open and told 6:30 but the car will be gone around 4:30 since the boss is driving it. Ok, kinda strange. I said I'll come in a little after lunch time to take a look at the car. Showed up at the dealer at the time we agreed on only to find the car I wanted not on the lot - when I asked where it was I was told "the boss took it." Clearly not happy that I had driven 30 minutes round trip to see this car, I said "kinda hard to sell a car when it's not on the lot" All I got back was "Yep." No I'm sorry to inconvenience you....or can I take your contact info and let you know when the car is back so you can come see it...or heaven forbid sorry we wasted so much of your time how about we bring the car to you to look at when we get it back.... Well as I said there's a reason used car dealers and the sales people that work there get a certain reputation...and these guys earned every bit of it in my book...never gonna do business with these guys...not that it's that much of a big deal, running their business like this means they won't be around for long in any case. Take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere...I know I will.

I wanted to support a local, family-owned business, but unfortunately my experience was very…read moredisappointing. I brought my brand-new NIU KQi 200F to Tony after hitting a pothole that damaged the rear tire. I paid $125 for the repair, with no mention of diagnostic costs etc., just labor and the wheel. The replacement tire that was installed by SCS turned out to be warped, forcing me to make another trip back because the scooter was unsafe to ride. Tony acknowledged the tire was defective and replaced it. After that second repair, my scooter displayed Error 12 for the first time while at the shop. They called me to come in and check it out, and basically, they caused the error code when replacing the warped tire they gave me initially. They then told me they could fix it but it would cost me another $100 (discounted from $150 apparently) and another 3+ days of me not having my scooter (it had been at the shop now for 6 out of 7 days). I said I'd like to just get my scooter back and a full refund, even telling them to take the new tire that they placed on it back as a gesture of good will. While they were trying to determine what was wrong with my scooter, they were also suggesting possibly purchasing another scooter from the shop. From my perspective, that was frustrating to hear while I was standing there with a new scooter that still wasn't working and whose problem remained unresolved. When I asked for a refund, Abby and Tony offered only $40 back out of the $125 I paid, explaining that they were keeping the rest for labor and diagnostics. They also ended up keeping the new tire that they had put on and still didn't budge. I understand that labor has value, but I don't believe customers should bear nearly the full cost when the original repair included a defective replacement tire that required another visit and the scooter ultimately left with unresolved issues. I wasn't looking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted a fair resolution. I left feeling that customer service and accountability fell VERY short. I'm now out $80 with a scooter that doesn't work and has 2 problems instead of just 1. I feel like I got scammed.
