Lots of inventory for sale here including Vespa scooters and Ducati motorcycles. Some of it marked "sold" and much of it still available. I had no idea that scooters went for just a couple thousand dollars and some really nice motorcycles for under ten thousand. Interesting! Walls of accessories for sale including helmets, jackets, gloves and all sorts of protective equipment for the safe rider. Logo tshirts such as well. Quality service! I was able to get my vespa in the same day for 1st service (probably luck, so not factored into this rating), and was in and out in less than 90 minutes. All service that was performed was explained in detail and condition of all parts and components inspected was also communicated. However, the most significant positive was how helpful and knowledgeable Nick in Service was over the phone and in-person - spent time talking about options and services for a lost brown/master key to my Vespa. It's appreciated to be able to have a conversation with depth even though Moto Europa does not offer the key services I was looking to have done - for perspective, there's only two businesses in the U.S. I know of that can. read more

Yesterday marked bringing home my first Ducati and 19th motorcycle overall. So it's safe to say I've seen and experienced a few shops in my day. I drove 462 miles to pick up a slightly used Corse that I purchased based on pictures and their word that the bike was in perfect condition. Honestly I can't even begin to tell you GREAT overall it went. I spent three plus hours going over the bike and accessories that are available. At no point was I rushed or made to feel like an after sale customer. In fact they invited me to join them to ride and let me know if need anything in the line of a simple question all the way to my next motorcycle they will be happy to accommodate. I bought a vespa from MotoEuropa 3 years ago. I was impressed with their service and was a very happy customer. I got great service from Mark at the time. The reason for me writing a review now is the amazing service I received last week. I am moving from St Louis out of state and had a truck with movers coming. When I was trying to start my Vespa to get it on the truck it didn't start. I called MotoEuropa and service department hadn't opened. Mark said he would have them call me as soon as they came in. Sean in the service department called and offered to bring a battery to my house thinking this was the problem. I had all my furniture already in the truck and the movers waiting when Sean came, did his thing and there my Vespa was, happily humming and made it on the truck What an amazing customer service ! I had a great experience at the dealership. I'm looking to get my first bike but the Euro bikes are a little out of my budget. Im about 6' 5" so Ive had some concerns about what street bikes I could comfortably fit on. Phillip was super helpful and let me sit on some to see what fit. Had to get some work on my KTM (I bleed orange) and was more than impressed by the speed, communication, and quality of service I received from the team at Moto Europa. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the prices were great and in my case I even saved $175 on parts and service over the quote given to me by the other area KTM dealer. The manager Pete made me feel like I was talking to an old friend and the whole staff treated me like I dropped some serious coin on a new Ducati even though I brought in an old KTM for some cheap repairs. read more

OH man this place has great service. While this review is for the bike shop, the museum and restaurant bring a third and possibly fourth dimension to the awesomeness of Moto Europa. While I was first greeted by Miranda, she was very helpful with my exchange and pointing me in the correct direction for my other inquiries. Turned out I needed some work done to my older model Ducati 900SS. Steve the mechanic and Ryan the parts guy took care of me something fierce. Both extremely knowledgeable and helpful especially when getting some parts from Italy. From start to finish they all were nothing short of OUTSTANDING. As you look at the price rating let me be clear, they sell Ducati's, Triumph's, and KTM's...not your dollar store bikes. For what they offer they are right on par. I would give the same price rating to my European Car dealer. I look forward to checking out the Ducati Club next Thursday...(first Thursday of the Month) read more

I have not experienced complete purchase Or any service experience. So this review is only related to my initial over the phone experience. I am doing it, because I hope the owners realize, how bad initial over the phone service they have. I called this company and phone was answered by receptionist (I think) who asked me how she can help, I explained how I am interested in buying motorcycle and I need to talk with one of their sales reps. She started asking all of the questions, .... Way to many questions...I finally told her, I need sales rep, because I am interested in potentially buying motorcycle. She continued with asking more questions, like I am on the job interview. I finally told her to either connect me with one of the sales reps (or someone who sells their bikes) who I can talk to about their bikes, or I will have to hang up. I wasn't rude or mean, I just was straight to the point. She obviously wasn't helping me or answering my questions. She ironically laughed at me, and told me "do what you need to do" I hang up. read more

These guys were great. I took my 125 scooter to them today for some maintenance work and they treated it like it was one of their Ducatis. Charged a very reasonable price...much cheaper than the other Italian scooter place....the one that went out of business. The mechanics explained some issues with bike, what the cost of fixing those would be. It was just really nice to be taking my scooter to someone who knows what they are doing. read more

Bought a 2012 Ducati Panigale from them and they had to replace the engine in less than 1 month. The engine was leaking oil on top of the exhaust which placed my life in danger. I've tried to contact Ducati and no one has responded with any resolution. I don't recommend Ducati because of their lack of customer service and their failure to manufacture a safe vehicle. read more
