To their credit, the staff was apologetic and worked to make adjustments with additional services and accommodations. The massages themselves were excellent -- relaxing atmosphere, skilled therapists, and worth the price. Compared to the West Ashley location, this one felt a little lighter on the "luxury spa" amenities in the getting-ready/post-service areas, but it didn't take away from the actual massage experience. I came in on a Friday afternoon to see if I could get an appointment for Saturday morning. I met with Keisha who specializes in short hair styles. She was packing up her car to leave for the day, but came back into the Salon to talk with me after one of her colleagues called her back inside. She was very personable and friendly and agreed to have me come in the next day. I got there early and enjoyed the free wi-fi using my tablet while waiting. Keisha arrived promptly for my scheduled appointment that morning. She was very helpful and gave me some great tips about healthy hair growth. She gave me her full attention and had me in and out in just over 2 hours. My husband was very pleased with the results. My first visit was for a major haircut; my hair was probably almost a foot long and she cut it to my shoulders and gave me layers. My second visit was for a trim and partial highlights. Each time she made sure she understood what I wanted and treated me like I was the only person in the salon. Great service and great quality and a great price!
