They told me they would redirect the shipment or send the product to the correct address. I also said if it was easier they could just cancel the order and I could have someone pick it up for me. Weeks went by and I called yesterday and they were surprised I hadn't received my order. This morning they called and said they couldn't cancel the shipment or redirect the shipment so they won't refund my money or reship the item. Had they told me this weeks ago I possibly could have tried to retrieve the shipment from the place they sent it to. There is no way this item was shipped out within seconds of me ordering it.

I am very pleased that I haven't had to shave my legs in over a year and they are smoother than a baby's bum! A good rapport is also absolutely necessary since you have thousands of hair follicles per square inch and they can only zap one at a time! My layers were uneven and my previously thick bangs were sparse, uneven, and had hugh gaps. Fortunately, another stylist at another salon was able to tidy my cut so I can now ditch my baseball cap. My hair is still incredibly short but at least I can style my hair while waiting on my hair to grow. I reached out to Vintage twice and received no response. As you can probably tell, I am done with Vintage!
