He steam cleaned my tile floors and did a good job. He gave me an estimate on my stall shower. The tile needed cleaning from the waist down, not the entire height of the walls. He said that he'd clean the tile and grout and re-caulk everything. His exact words were "it will look like new"; the price $400.00 (for half a shower). He completely OVER PROMISED. The tile looks OK, the grout is still gray, it doesn't look like new at all. When the caulking he applied came off in strips I called him back. He made an appointment but had to cancel for illness, he said he'd been in an accident a few days before, HE DID'NT CANCEL UNTIL AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS DUE. I made a second appointment and the morning of, he texted and said he'd put the wrong address in his GPS, HE HAD BEEN HERE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, so why he was lost is a mystery. I asked if he needed directions, he simply quit responding and never showed up. WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I really wanted to give him a chance, but in the end I feel that I was ripped off. Craig is very pleasant, timely, and had availability to do the job same week…read more The scope of my project was a fair amount of thinset cleanup, sanded grout installation for shower walls and floor tile, as well as silicone installation along the top of shower walls. Thinset cleanup- chipped almost ten tiles and scratched about the same amount. Some very large scratches (my tiles are 6" x 16" for perspective in the pictures) which are extremely noticeable and only way to fix is to replace the tiles. Grout installation- When Craig was "done" I came and inspected grout and found 21 different spots where grout was missing. Craig added grout to the holes after I pointed them out, but after working this weekend to clean up other issues I've found another half dozen holes. Silicone installation- totally missing in some spots and looks like a two year old caulked it. Didn't use any masking tape for clean edges (which literally every professional knows to use) and I had to completely remove and re-silicone myself. Clean up- didn't wipe ceiling down well or white trim, which are now stained and I have to paint touch up (same day clean up with a cloth would have prevented). Overall quality- horrible. If at any point Craig had communicated that we needed to stop and revisit timeline, price, scope, etc. because he needed more time, or wasn't comfortable with that application, etc. I would have welcomed that- but everything was always "no problem, yes I can do that, we'll get it done for you in no time". Craig offered to come and fix anything if I was unsatisfied, but it wasn't done correctly the first time and I'm not trusting him with another chance to 'fix it'. He also said that two wall tiles popped off the wall during grout cleanup, which he re-adhered with adhesive (which was appreciated, but unverifiable). I would highly recommend using literally anyone else.

The odor was still present afterward, and I feel the service provided did not match what was promised. I wish they had been honest upfront about what they could or could not do instead of giving unrealistic expectations. Very disappointed with the experience.
