I would not recommend this carpet cleaning company. I specifically explained that my area rug had been in storage for 2 years and had cat urine throughout it. The technician assured me they could properly clean and deodorize the rug, which led me to believe it would be treated professionally at their shop. Instead, the rug was cleaned in my driveway in a very basic manner and never taken in for the deep cleaning it clearly needed. The odor was still present afterward, and I feel the service provided did not match what was promised. There were a couple of trouble spots in my grout and he got down on his hands and knees to scrub. He took his time adding the sealer and made sure to coat the floor thoroughly. I had my carpet cleaned today. When I called last Friday Shaun gave me a verbal estimate based on the square footage I gave him. Derek showed up within the time window quoted, called when he was on his way. When it came time to pay I handed him a credit card and he said "there is a $10.00 fee for using a credit card". I said Shan did not state that when I called (it's not listed on the website either). A small issue but turned what was a good experience into a somewhat sour one.
