Again, was not expecting my car to look perfect, it's over a decade old. They put in a lot of work, but there were some areas for improvement.

Made an appointment a few days ago to get my carpets cleaned. My appointment was set up for today 5/17/24 at 9am. I made sure to confirm the date and time with him and asked him if he was sure he was going to show up he said yes. 9:30 and no show I called with no answer. That's horrible for business to make appointments and do a No show. I just got a call from him at 9:34 and he says he wrote down the wrong day ok. I hired city's carpet cleaning to wash my carpets, they did an amazing job. My house smells amazing and my carpet looks brand new.
