I was more than happy to run to Yelp to provide an update to my previous review. Me and a group of friends and I stayed at one of Raileys newer properties, Wispering Rapids. This property was honestly one of the most amazing Deep Creek properties I have ever stayed in. The house was So new and so clean. You could just smell the newness and cleanliness of the property upon exiting. Definitely a breath of fresh air, as most of the other home in the area are in need of some updates. The house had a total of six bedrooms and all of the rooms had their own bathrooms! That's a rare find for these vacation homes. The living room, dining room and kitchen areas were massive, allowing everyone to engage with one another while we cooked our meals. The deck held a large hot tub, with a fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating which provided another large location for myself and my guests to socialize. My one gripe, I wish the team had did a better job with shoveling after the recent snowfall. The driveway, walkways and the porch had quite an accumulation of fallen snow, making it both difficult and scary to walk on. Other than that, this was a much better experience than the last.

His name is Troy, a very nice gentleman. He allowed us to rent this cabin and we are having a great time, Cabin gives that Cabin Feeling too. The cabin has a Fire place, Grill, Flat screen TV's, beautiful fully stocked Kitchen, Hot Tub, Wifi, Ceiling Fans, 3Bed Rooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Nice living room, upstairs, basement, Washer and Dryer, big deck/porch, fire pit outside. The cabin has plenty of linens. Pet Friendly too, (pets considered) we brought our 2 Huskies. And the Fall season we are in, it's a great time to rent.

Our water pump lost power one night and Long and Foster sent out a repair person bright and early the next morning. I highly recommend Long and Foster and Mountain Merlot. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub and sauna were in good working order and the wifi worked well, especially for being on top of the mountain.

We noticed the first night that the toilet in our bathroom didn't flush and the sofa bed was missing two legs. We called the property manager the next morning and they sent a repairman but he was unable to fix the toilet or the sofa bed and said it was a problem the owner would have to address which didn't help us of course. Consequently we were 3 adults and one child without a working toilet or a sofa bed to sleep on. I am almost 70 years old and it was difficult to go down the many stairs every time I had to use the bathroom. In addition there were many stains on the carpet and not very clean overall. I would never stay here again & advise everyone to steer clear.

Bathroom clearly not cleaned between guests, hair on floor, mouse droppings behind all furniture throughout the house.. We had to clean the comforter as they were badly soiled, but had to clean the washer and dryer first to clean bedding. This place has really gone down hill over the years. They do not show the shower/bath in photos, and most photos are very old online(not current). The shower has multiple holes in it, just filled poorly with caulk and plenty of mold. Did not appear to be dusted in months as well. Called and spoke to owners and rental management. Both apologized and stated they would take care of it and reimburse us appropriately. Guess what, been 4 weeks with no response from them. That is plenty of time. Will not use again.
