One of them (Jesse) did some work for a friend and she referred them. I spoke to him and told him the sitch and he had someone over the same day, even moving some things around to come earlier and work around my work schedule. Unfortunately it was bad news and I needed my compressor replaced. I signed the estimate Monday, it is Friday night and my very hot house is finally less than 90°. I don't know what all they did to make it happen, but I at least know they drove to Beaumont and a very nice man named Tavo spent 3 hours dripping sweat on a Friday night to get me into cooler air (sorry my dog refused to be friends), leaving at 9:30 with two more jobs to do. The owner even went as far as to check and make sure it was still working and the air was cold an hour later. I cannot recommend this company enough, their communication, dedication, and outright friendliness was top tier. The experience I had with them was a great first experience to having something major go wrong in my first home. 10/10
