Called Hillbilly's A/C as last resort. turns out my problem was a bad capacitor which is what I knew already pretty much. in 30 minutes time he had it fixed up and ready to use for cold weather when it hits. price was half of what the other 3 companies charged to come out and they didn't even fix the issue. This person took time to explain his methods, his equipment, and let me see what was lurking in my ducts and ceiling vents. I wanted to scrub my vents in the sink and he was patient with that request and let me take the time to do that.
