This place is trash. Overly priced. I moved here from Arizona and the prices are ridiculous. Back in AZ you get get a .5 half gram disposable from stiizy for 20$. Here they are 35-40$. That's the price of the 1g stiizy in AZ. They are ripping these customers off. The Lavi flower I got was on sale for 60$ a half oz. Not bad but it's terrible terrible quality. It's so leafy that half this weight is leaf. I hope this store starts doing better deals or I hope they go out of business for such shitty quality product. read more

The prices have gone up, they want you to link your bank account to join a rewards program for "cash back" and maybe it's me but the website is hard to navigate. Let's not complicate this! I was hesitant to visit while in town since someone else in my party had told me that you have to know what you want to purchase before going in, due to covid. So we did our research on the website ahead of time and had an idea of what we wanted-although it would have been tremendously more helpful to have been able to talk to someone about what we were looking for and get some guidance. Our budtender, Chas, was very friendly and didn't make us feel rushed at all. But we were nervous about overstaying our welcome, so we stuck with what we had planned to order, even though we were not confident in our selection. The sticker shock was real. For two disposable vape pens, we paid $120. The taxes are over 21%, so a lot of that went to the government, but man! They also only accept cash-so come prepared. There are ATMs onsite in case you are caught without a Franklin or two. Overall, it's good to know there is a place near Mesquite that offers these products. But, like another reviewer said, it would be nice to have a few options and competition out there. read more

They don't care about their customers, otherwise they would have a better selection and they would offer discounts like every other store they have does. Very very much over priced in Mesquite compared to Vegas. Buying online is okay, but they never have a good selection of concentrates. I don't know why their inventory stinks and they don't give specials to Mesquite folks. The city of Mesquite sure did make a mistake allowing only one store in their area. Scanned my ID, then the guy stared at me and asked me to take off my beanie, which i understand, but then i saw them let the idiots wearing face masks walk by without issue. Makes no sense to have me expose my hair, while others don't have to expose their face. Pure lunacy. After that assault, i proceeded to the line for the public. they have two lines, medical and recreational. there are display cases in the middle of the store, but i thought it'd be best to talk to the bud tender instead of looking through the displays. i was called by a bud tender, told him i saw on weedmaps that they had cheap $5 pre-rolls, and i'd like one of those. he kinda chuckled and said, "i'll grab you a menu." he handed me an ipad and FFS, everything on this menu was ridiculously overpriced. 1 gram vape cartridges for $75!?!? Pre-rolls starting at $25 each? That's when i decided to walk out. i can't believe people are buying vitamins at these prices... you could literally drive to Arizona, California, even Oregon and your dollar would go much further than in Mesquite. Las Vegas has better deals than this place! i thought i found a new favorite dispensary, but instead was left violated, disappointed, and without any vitamins. This store suffers from very poor management. I left a card there. Tried to contact them by phone, but all the voice mail was full. Tried to call several times during store hours. They NEVER answer the phone. Tried email. No reply. Why didn't I just go back? I live 200 miles away. The employees are probably poorly paid because they're all pretty grouchy. High turnover too. This, combined with the communications problem are real world indicators that point the finger directly at management. If people didn't HAVE to go here they wouldn't. It's not the same place it was when it first opened where people FELT COMFORTABLE. Instead, upon entering you are met with forced smiles that sometimes do not stick well or are feeling unsure if the elderly lady behind the counter understands it's ok for people of Color to enter the establishment. Bud tenders are massively lacking in medical marijuana knowledge, etiquette, and overall customer service. They also horde incoming drops from Vegas dispensaries (that bring in actual quality products, unlike the cheap tricks they sell) and it never even makes it to the floor - please prove me wrong. Prices are ridiculous. The city has their hand in that, but it is another example of the greediness that comes from those who view marijuana and the people who consume it as less. Overall stay away from this place if at all possible. Tell your friends and family. Don't even send your worst enemy here. Seriously. Until the higher ups at DRH decide to make some real changes to the way they do business and the people they bring on, the satisfaction of the patient/customer will never be the main focus of this place. Definitely worth driving the extra hour to stop at another place. Additionally it's a giant room with no signs directing you anywhere and of course the staff and inside were not very nice or helpful pointing me in the direction of the pick up counter. Being a local resident I'm very disappointed with Deep Roots. First of all the ridiculous policy of the non reusable bag they charge $1.00 for each visit is absurd. The prices demanded are not in line with the lack of quality products. I have learned on my trips to nearby Las Vegas I can get better quality and more for my dollar at other dispensaries. I will not be returning. They told me if I bring back my used container bag (the bag that Nevada requires when you leave with your purchase) that I would not be charged a $1 bag fee. They charged me a dollar anyways. It especially makes me mad when I tipped on top of the transaction.
