Placed a pick up drive thru order this afternoon to be picked up between 6-7pm, I never got notified about my order being ready so around 7:30 I decide to go to the location and the drive thru was closed with a cone blocking. I currently have a foot injury and it would've took a lot for me to get inside. So I decided to call the number on the order site. He begins to tell me after having me on hold for 5 plus minutes that I would have to go inside that maybe they are possibly busy. I let him now I am literally in the parking lot there are no more than two cars in the parking area. I tell him I'm confused why I was never notified my order was ready like previous times and he begins to tell me that I could've came at any time I wanted the time slots on the site are just a guide that I don't have to follow and that for recreational we are not supposed to get notified when the order is ready for pick up. I let him know I have been to this location and many other dispensaries and I have ALWAYS gotten notified when my order is ready so this isn't making sense. Instead of any solution he just says that they are busy he can't get ahold of the store and I would have to go inside. I let him know per zen leaf's website and email/text I received after I placed my order that I would be notified by text that my order is ready for pick up he continued going back and forth saying there is no notifications when orders are ready for pick up when I know that is not true. Horrible customer service. And super frustrating. If your drive thru isn't open or available you should reach out to customers with open drive thru orders! Or make it so people can't place drive thru orders it was well before closing hours. It is 8:11 pm my order still says packing which the guy on the phone said they don't pack orders til we get there. I highly suggest taking priority from curbside orders rather than walk-ins. We were sitting outside at curbside waiting for our order for over 25 minutes. Employee says it was due to short staffing, but either way prior orders should take priority over walk ins. We saw the same person go inside multiple times and come out twice before anyone even came out to check the order. Or take the curbside pick up signs inside. I'd give MINUS 99 STARS if I could. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I ordered a cartridge online for curbside pick up. When my bud tender gave me the envelope, I asked him to wait while I checked the order. I opened the envelope to discover that what was inside was not at all the same product that I ordered. Not the same product at all. I held up the product and I said this is not what I wanted. I wanted The cartridge, as was as pictured in the product photo. The bud tender looks at the receipt and tells me that on the receipt it says Pen and they filled the order with a Pen, and that I would have to talk to his manager. So, reluctantly, I masked and latex gloves up and went inside. The persnickety manager, when she approaches from behind the glass, does not even greet me with a hello. She greets me with a "Yeah so, your order says pen and we filled the order with a pen so there's nothing we can do." When I held up my phone with the product page open and everyone (A few employees were now observing this conversation) could clearly see that it was a cartridge in the product photo and not a pen, there was this long silence. Then, It became clear to me that the manager knew about this issue. "It was an honest mistake on our web designer's part," finally blurts out the manager when I remind her that what they had done is illegal. I reply, "I understand that--my purchasing a Pen when a cartridge was displayed in the photo was an honest mistake too. What can you help me do about that? ... When you say you can't do anything. Do you mean you don't have the power to help or that you won't?" More "we fulfilled... blah blah" BS. When I opened my mouth to ask what options there were for me to get what I needed, she started talking over me again, basically telling me over and over again that they had fulfilled their obligation. Her attitude was so wrong, her people skills: so weak. She never even apologized for the inconvenience or offered to do Anything to help me - she didn't even ask if I wanted to buy something else. She simply had no consideration for me at all. Instead of suggesting ANYTHING helpful when I tried to ask about other options A SECOND TIME, she instead over talked me to tell me that they had filled my order properly according to the receipt COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FACT THAT THEY TRICKED ME INTO PURCHASING A PRODUCT BY DISPLAYING A DIFFERENT PRODUCT IN THE IMAGE THAN WHAT WAS ACTUALLY FOR SALE, which is illegal. Her fake cavalier attitude was saccharine and revolting. I'm posting this part of the review in the hope whoever does the scheduling/owns Zen sees this review and understands that the female manager with medium long hair who worked the late-morning (10:45A) 6/20 is not fit. Train her or get her out of there. Yuck. But here's the rub... When I got home and opened the pen to to use it, it pulled twice then stopped working. It is dysfunctional. They sold me a dried or empty dysfunctional pen! It would have been funny if it had been an episode of Grownish instead of happening to me. Avoid this place -- just avoid it. There are too many wonderful places with great customer service to go to to do "business" here. I was duped into purchasing a dysfunctional product (which was not what even I ordered) and had to deal with an emotionally unintelligent incompetent manager, adding insult to injury. Their tracking of grams is way off. They were telling me as a medical that I was trying to purchase over 108 grams when all I grabbed was 28 grams Savvy flower, 4 grams of Verano, 6 grams of Stizzy live resin with two syringes of 1 gram of RSO. They claimed it was 108 grams. Clearly you do the math. Also, they only accept cash, and their ATM max limit is 200$ so if you're getting anything over and you didn't bring cash, their recommendation is to process twice on the atm which already has a 3.50 surcharge. Some older chick that was the budtender, longer brown hair that reminds me of some hood rat from East LA says "that's our ATM." Like that's their only comment. I wasn't even able to leave with no more than 30 grams but the receipt I received says I have 48 grams. Lmao what's wrong with your tracking and trace system. Someone who also has METRC experience from two states as an inventory manager, this was humiliating to watch them go through. Never going back again. read more

The latest time was 8 PM so we go we pull up and we mark that we have arrived we put our description in and nobody comes out so then I message on the app. Nobody responds so then I call. I'm on hold for over 10 minutes with nobody answering the phone completely unprofessional for a business .Then somebody finally comes out on her smoke break and we ask her and she states oh we're not doing curbside. Your business should not only answer the phone or messages on the website when that option is available, but also you guys need to update your website and say when and when you're not doing it because it should've said curbside not available instead we're sitting here waiting for almost 20 minutes outside for a curbside pick up. Shady dispensary! My boyfriend ordered 7g of shake (which we did not expect to be shake, it doesn't tell you that's the 15% discount until you checkout which at that point we weren't looking at fine print). We did curb side pick up and once we opened the package at home it was obvious he was shorted. We used his scale (as we have many times with flower from other dispensaries- which all turned out to be accurate) however this one read only 4.4g!!! We called them, the manager said they're confident they gave us 7g and gave us a bunch of reasons why he thinks we can be wrong but said we can come in to see them weigh it again.... we decided not to go bc we're far and the 2.6 grams isn't even worth the drive or our time. Wasting peoples time with how they are currently handling deliveries. If you place an order between 8-10 AM, you get same day delivery. After that, it's next day. Placed an order at 9AM........ JUST got a call at 7:55PM (almost 12 hours later) saying they won't be able to get the order out until the next day.
