Stopped by this dispensary and bought a vape through the drive-thru. After checking it, I realized it was produced almost two years ago. That's far outside the normal shelf life for vape products, where quality clearly degrades over time. I went back inside immediately, and they refused to exchange it or offer any credit. Selling aged inventory at full price without disclosure is not acceptable, and refusing to fix it on the spot makes it worse. This feels like a predatory policy that takes advantage of customers who don't check dates before leaving. I won't be returning. read more

This is our local shop. So convenient for us up here in Skye Canyon with an absolute gorgeous view of Mt. Charleston on the way out to the store. The drive thru is easy as pie, but for an awesome experience, go inside and see Zane. The budtender to end all budtenders. Soon back, I picked up a preroll in which did not smoke because it was poorly rolled with 0 airflow . I was told to contact the company ( we all know what this means, nothing ) So I didnt get to smoke, I throw the joint away ok whatever. Next day I come grab this concentrate and its hard as glass past the expiration date and over-melted. Just a heads up for those who didn't know. I had a lot of points, but they have decided to cancel points every six months. If this was always the case, no one ever said so. If it started since I had been in there last, they didn't send notification that it would be their policy going forward. I always make very large purchases because I have an autoimmune disease where I can get sick for weeks and even months at a time and simply can't go in. I was rather annoyed that all of my points were deleted with no prior notice. I routinely get text messages from them, so it would have been very easy to send me notification of this policy.
