Technician came out and replaced it with another customers device-I asked him who's name is on the box "oh that is my next customer, yours is in the truck" he changed to the correct one to find it did not work either. He then blamed it on the Controller on the Generac. They are demanding that I pay the monthly fee=FOR WHAT-the relay does NOT WORK? Generac Inc.referred me to another company and came and inspected it they said everything is operating as it should and I do not need the relay.

My AC unit went out on a Monday last week and that Tuesday morning at 8:00 am there was a crew at my house installing a complete AC unit with furnace. They also sprayed in insulation in my attic and installed a solar fan in the attic in one day. Once he went through that he said it was an ice blockage in the water fill line. He ran a piece of wire that I had up the line and said it was fixed. Water never came out while he was here (10 mins max). He left after charging me $100.00 and still after several hours it didn't work. I called the next day and he said he would have to charge another $100 to come look at it again.
