They also sprayed in insulation in my attic and installed a solar fan in the attic in one day. Technician came out and replaced it with another customers device-I asked him who's name is on the box "oh that is my next customer, yours is in the truck" he changed to the correct one to find it did not work either. He then blamed it on the Controller on the Generac. They are demanding that I pay the monthly fee=FOR WHAT-the relay does NOT WORK? My elderly mother-in-law also accidentally called Burnworth's and they charged her the $175 to come out and told her that it could cost up to $15,000 to replace her AC. She has a simple house and this just seemed mean. After I spoke to my mother-in-law I got her to call the same company that I ended up using and they were able to fix her unit for $400.
