Called 3-4 other appliance repair places with either no response or won't work on it. Called them and they told me they work on all brands. Sent out a technician right after lunch. He checked it out and told us the problem and what it would cost. Very fair price. Repaired in about an hour. Told us the cause and what we can do to prevent it from happening again. Definitely would be the first place I would contact for any appliance repair

We'll it's still not right, has the same problem. The copper line is freezing up and dripping on my new floor, when it melts. He kept saying if cleaning the drain doesn't fix it it will be cheaper to buy a new one. Kept trying to sell me a home protection plan that wouldn't even cover the freezer. I am not stupid, I know if it just needs free on its not that expensive. Yea you have to put in a new line with a valve in it to fill it but that shouldn't be much. ​

i have used them before. they are quite expensive but the first time the guy was very…read moreknowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix my cold table and it was perfect after he left. about a year later... i called again for service. a different guy came. i was very disappointed in the service. he was telling me i should order 3 sensors (didnt know that any of the 3 was actually not working.) simply because he said that was cheaper than buying a control box. (he did not know that didnt work either). im paying him to find out whats wrong with my equipment so i can fix it... not guess and order parts i probably dont even need. we "argued" a few moments and he finally actually tested the sensors to see if they are whats not working. (one of them were not) i should not have had to ask him why he could not check the sensors in order for him to check the sensors. he was here exactly one hour. charged me for 2.25 hours PLUS a 45$ trip charge. i called and talked to the owner and he was very rude and could have cared less about my complaint. he told me to cut the bill in half and call it even. i wil NEVER use the people again.! if you dont know a little about what you call them for.... they will most definitely overcharge you and change out parts that dont need to be changed.. and save the video on how long they actually work !!! you will need it
