If anything the feedback I have heard about myself is that I'm too nice. So when one of their staff members yelled and hung up on me I was shocked. I called to speak with any doctor so they could know what their staff was doing and the doctors are not interested. They know exactly what's going on. If you make an appointment ask yourself 2 things: 1. why is there a security door that is completely opaque? I've never seen that in a doctor's office? 2. look carefully through the reviews and see if anyone else finds the staff "obnoxious" etc Getting the surgery is important but chances are you will have to return many times and I'm not that old.
