This was one of the most beautiful flower arrangements I've ever received, even more beautiful than my wedding bouquet! Only problem is they began to die and wilt right away, about 3 days later. I ordered two large funeral sprays for my father's service. The gentleman who worked with us was very kind, compassionate and very helpful in selecting the type and size. We placed the order on Saturday just before they closed. Both sprays were delivered Monday and were just as beautiful as I had hoped. The flowers remained fresh looking for several days. This is weird review. At first, I was going to give this company one star but have changed it to five after our experience. I ordered some flowers for my wife as part of our 27th wedding anniversary. In the comment section I asked to have the flowers delivered after 4:00 to make sure my wife was home to receive them. After I got home from work, I waited around until about 5:15 then decided to call and ask where my wife's flowers were. When I spoke to the lady who answered the phone, she told me she delivered the flowers at 3:25. (which is not after 4:00) I explained to her that we did not receive any delivery and she kind of argued for a couple minutes saying she was sure she delivered the flowers, and to the right house. After a couple more minutes of discussion I explained we have cameras on our home that alert us if someone approaches the front door and records a clip of the person, and that we received no notification during the day at all. She then realized she had delivered the flowers to the wrong house. At this point I was upset and explained my frustrations and she understood, she was over an hour away but volunteered to come back and make it right. I told her I would make an attempt to retrieve the flowers from the home where they were delivered to save her a trip back to Deer Park. When that failed and the neighbors wouldn't answer the door, The lady from Deer Park Florist said she was on her way back to make it right, and boy did she. When the flowers finally arrived around 7:30 my wife absolutely loved them, and there were a few extra Items added to make up for the mistake. I will for sure continue doing business with DP florist as they truly understand the importance of customer service and satisfaction. read more

I live out of state and needed to get an arrangement for my nephews funeral ordered and to be delivered on Monday in time for his service. This florist is closed on Sundays and I checking to see if I could leave a message to place the order. A lovely man answered and placed the order for me. He said he was there working on other arrangements for my nephew's service along with other orders. He was kind and very sympathetic and I will highly recommend Deer Park Florist. The spray we received for my sister's funeral was outstanding. The pink roses were huge. This spray was put in the back of a truck after the funeral and stayed there all day in the hot sun. When I got home late that night, I thought all the flowers would be dead, but every single flower was still beautiful. This was the prettiest spray at the funeral and the flowers were all first class. Thanks for a great job! read more

Do not order flowers from here! I ordered flowers off their website for my sister's 30th birthday (I live in a different city), and I upgraded them to premium. The flowers that were delivered were not anything like the website, and they were not upgraded (even though I paid the additional charge). I called to complain and let them know I wanted a refund. They said they would call me back after speaking to the owner. Within an hour, before I had time to forewarn my sister, they called her and said they were picking up the vase - and came to her house to take back the flowers! I would never order flowers from them again, they truly do no know how to run a business or how to treat customers. read more

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They arrived around 3pm and the pink roses were brown. They were dead the next morning. I informed him of the condition of the flowers and he called for a refund (he spent $120 on them). Worst service and worst flowers. I paid 70 dollars for a delivery that ended up being an arrangement of less than mediocre flowers that were all half dead by the 3rd day. The card attached to the flowers was very poorly proofread (definitely not how I filled out the card online.) They also did not respond to my complaint which shows poor customer service. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I ordered flowers at 10 am in the morning for a 5PM delivery in Deer Park. The lady on the phone was nice and reassuring that there was no problem. After placing my order I realized that she over charged me. I asked to be charge the listed price and after some debate she finally agreed charge the price to the listed online price. 2 hours after the flower arrangement was to be delivered, got a call from the recipient telling me she got a call from the florist saying that delivery is coming in the AM. After getting my text informing me that the flowers were not delivered, I called the shop and spoke to some guy. He was all like, well see we were going to deliver, but the driver is off already. I was very upset because they did not fulfill the commitment that was agreed upon on the phone. Now the flowers may or may not be delivered today. Thanks for nothing Deer Park Florist.
