Despite over 44 orders coming in for our service, they were incredibly professional and communicative, giving frequent updates regarding the expected delivery time, and letting us know of any substitutions that needed to be made. They worked round the clock for several days on the deliveries for our funeral service, yet every single arrangement used high quality, vibrant flowers and every arrangement was very full--they did not skimp whatsoever. The pricing on the arrangements could not be beat. Compared to other florists, Kim Thu's pricing is easily the best in Houston. Additionally, laminated message cards and embroidered ribbons were complimentary--a great value add. They are a small operation that works out of Winford Funeral Home. She was totally understanding. Her philosophy is to build life long relationship with her customer. After working with her for my wedding, now I know how she attracts people. She is a listener.
