I was told it should take 7 days. Well it still hasn't been processed. A deadline to submit the docs to the State of Arizona has already passed. I have to go to the branch every time because the customer service has person doesn't return phone calls. I called the 800 number for Citibank on the recomendation of the Northbrook Branch customer service person. I even talked to a supervisor. They said go back to the branch. I am going back now for the 6th time.

The one in Plaza del Prado might as well close everything except its ATMs, because its staff are so unresponsive, and the massive location at Dearborn and Madison manages to be both impersonal and micromanaging. By contrast, the Deerfield Square Chase Bank gets it right. I've only made deposits here, where the staff are helpful and friendly, there's fast-enough WiFi that no one bugs you about, and even the coffee is decent. It's the most pleasant Chase Bank I've used, though admittedly that isn't saying much.

But, moving up the ranks, their HQ isn't much better, and the CEO doesn't know how to reply to inquiries. You're better putting your money under a matress than dealing with these people.

I've experienced a lack of responsiveness at other US Bank branches, but not this one. They've always been helpful with servicing my needs. They do subcontract a foreign exchange service at this bank which they'd be better off without as one can do better exchanging their money almost anywhere else. I don't necessarily doubt the thoughts of the other reviewers - maybe my luck has been better here. To me, going to Chase is like jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire - they're no great shakes either. I guess it just depends on what clicks best for you - this US Bank branch is OK by me so far.

The asst bank manager was very helpful in setting up my account and helping me to choose the box. I actually experienced deja vu when they brought me to where the safe deposits were but maybe that's from watching movies. I am actually looking forward to coming back and putting stuff in the box. I don't know why, the movies again? Maybe I'll come back with dark glasses, headscarf and trenchcoat. This actually seemed like a very welcoming place, with a comfy sofa in the waiting area and candy and Dunkin' Donuts set out.

Did you want me to send you a copy of it again ?" Me-"Yes, please send. Did not receive and please make sure that the account is not marked as paperless causing the problem." Me today-"No statement for the Estate account for December yet. Please mail a copy and find out where the mailed statement is. No statement received the dates of 11/19 or the current 12/19." Ended up calling customer service, the account was marked "PAPERLESS"! Careless service and no follow through for the 5th3rd Wheeling bank.
