I continued shopping and perusing the necessary items that I was able to find... until I couldn't find anymore. Matt, an associate, took the time to help me locate the remaining items that I needed. There were some that he ended up having to go to the back stockroom to retrieve (he ended up going to the back 2-3 times, God bless him!). I ended up being in the store for over an hour and a half, but the experience was pleasant and well worth it. Ronan my cashier helped me close out my order with speed and efficiency. The store manager Sarah-- you have a great staff! Dana, Matt & Ronan-- you guys rock. Thank you all so much for an awesome experience and for the great customer service. Messaged Mossberg and they wanted me to take the trigger assembly apart to check something. I was not going to touch it because it knew and I'm not a gun smith. Sportsman's Warehouse has to send it back to them. Got the gun back a month later. It fired but doesn't seem right. I'm taking it to a gun smith in town now. Just a terrible experience with Mossberg and Sportsman's Warehouse has. Think I'm done with both now.
