I recently purchased aloe vera gel and whipped shea butter, and both products were not up to standard. The aloe vera was already open with no seal, and the whipped shea butter was hard and gummy instead of soft and usable. I returned within the same week and politely asked if I could exchange the items. Instead of trying to help, the store manager immediately asked for a receipt with an attitude. I explained that I had just purchased the items days prior and that the condition of the products clearly showed they were not up to par. He refused to assist and dismissed the situation with a shrug, like it didn't matter. To make things worse, the environment felt unwelcoming during the interaction, which made the experience even more disappointing. As a business owner of a public relations firm, I understand customer service and uphold customer care, product integrity, and how important it is to stand behind what you sell. There was no effort to resolve the issue or provide even a basic level of service. Thing is I still went ahead and repurchased the items I needed. Disappointed in the treatment but didn't let it stop my tasks for the day. The male store manager was an asshole supported by the smaller Asian female who mean mugged us leaving. Brianna told me the price of the wig I was wanting and I paid the difference. When the wig arrived it was a full lace child wig when I ordered a lace frontal closure. She claimed the factory sent the wrong one (it was their mistake). She contacted the factory who said they would not take the wig back because it was a custom even though she didn't jot measurements my daughter's head so idk how it was a custom. She said they offered her a discount on the correct wig and she would split the cost with me. I had invested a good amount of money and felt like I was backed into a corner. Either pay more to get my wig or deal with the wig which would not be used. So I spent more and she she reconfirmed what we wanted. When the second order arrived it was not the correct wig. It was the wrong curl pattern, texture for my daughter's hair and my daughter was/ is so upset. We've paid so much money and Brianna refuses to make it right. I do not recommend her services and have never felt more taken advantage of and Brianna doesn't care for her clients.
