FIRST AND FORMOST. Brent is a great guy and made my time at dees awesome. came here to get my sons baseball team uniforms. when I first came in I was dealing with Barry. he was the rudest, most unorganized guy that could be working there. I wanted a one color print with a number and when I asked how much a 2 color print would be it was like asking for the world. I walked outta there telling myself I would never go back there until I got a call from the owners son Brent. he apologized for the rudeness and disrespect from Barry and offered his assistants if I cared to come back in. so I went back in there and sat with him in his office and he showed me what he could do. it was at a better price, time frame and quality then Barry gave me. he knocked them out with in a week and they couldn't have looked better. and he had an extra one that the factory shipped and he made it for my younger son for no charge. Loulou Studio Coat: Returned with widespread discoloration across the fabric. Faux Fur Jacket: Returned with the fur severely matted and coarse. The items were in good condition when dropped off. The owner denied responsibility for the damage. I sent a formal demand letter via USPS Certified Mail on Jun 20, 2025, requesting a refund and compensation for the documented value of the destroyed items. The business received the letter on Jun 24, 2025, but did not respond by the 15-business-day deadline. Due to the damage to my property and the business's refusal to resolve the matter, I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Michigan Attorney General's Office. I would advise other customers to be cautious when entrusting valuable items to this establishment.
