The day Vivint was to install our system, we received a call from the tech, Tyson, saying he would be at our home within 30 minutes, which he was. Another tech, Francisco, joined Tyson to help the install go quicker. They were like the Dynamic Dual! They got the new system installed, the old on removed and placed all in one spot, and showed my wife and I had to use the new system. As a Disabled Veteran with a Brain Injury, i appreciated how they worked with me and took their time doing it. They were both Extremely Professional and Courteous. System is completely untouched and functional the previous owner simply shut it off. So I called and got an appointment 2weeks out. On day of appointment I took the day off. Later on that evening I happen to look at my email and 2 hours into my appointment window they decided to email me they weren't coming. Seriously this is how you communicate with a customer who booked 2 weeks ago what do you mean you can't make it..... I think I dodged a bullet.
