Our sink was leaking and this was the company our Insurance set an appointment with. In the mean time we wrapped plumbers tape where the leak was coming from. When they came out they did nothing. Looked at it and said it was fine. We explained that we just did a quick patch job. They said "That's what they would have done". By this point the drywall and cabinet were soaked. MD closed the claim with Insurance stating everything was fixed. Very frustrating situation. read more

I was so pleased with these guys. Found them through our home warranty program and they were super prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. It was late on a Friday when our water heater stopped working and I was afraid we'd have no hot water all weekend. The owner sent over a mechanic so fast I was blown away and he quickly assessed the problem and got it back up and running. Also gave me some helpful pointers of what to watch for in our aging unit. Phenomenal service - if I could give 10 stars, I would. We've had MD Plumbing come to our house twice in the past 18 months - once for a kitchen plumbing issue, and once with an outside faucet issue. Both times, they showed up on time, did a GREAT job, were extremely reasonable and very friendly. I could not ask for better service. Randy showed up both times and got the job done quickly, efficiently and very effectively, all for a great price. I could not ask for a better plumber, and I'm pretty picky. Fair warning! MD Plumbing did the plumbing on my new home. He dropped a worker off on his very first day with two minutes of instruction that I had to explain everything to and watch his every move, failed to install items contracted for, and almost never supervised the job. His employee started a fire in the wall and the house would have burned down had My friend and I not shown up after lunch. We had to tear the sheetrock out in several places to repair faulty work after the house was built. The owners, Don and Melanie Carstensen, were arrogant, rude, and all that seems to make a difference to them is their money and to heck with workmanship and customer fairness in my opinion.
