I had a 4pm appointment with Casey that I was 20 minutes late for because I went to the wrong place, and he told me to come on in when I offered to reschedule. He carefully considered the piercing I planned to get and after studying my ear, told me that the piercing would likely not be compatible with my ear structure. he then offered another piercing that meshed much better with my individual ear and he had me in and out of the chair in ten minutes!!! Turns out writing a review after one interaction is a bad idea. For everybody planning on getting a tattoo, you may want to seriously reconsider using Defiant Designs. Due to a total lack of professionalism on the part of their tattooer Tony and supported by the owner of the shop, on August 2nd, 2023 my family and I will no longer recommend this shop to anyone. Despite having a follow-up appointment to fix a botched tattoo that was previously done by Tony, we arrived at the shop 10 minutes prior to our appointment time and were informed by the shop owner that Tony is out. With no regard at all to the fact we just drove across town, instead of the shop having common courtesy and informing us that Tony would not be in. The owner was fully aware that this appointment was made to repair the damage and poor quality of workmanship that was produced by Tony on a prior occasion, and if nothing else he or one of the other artist who were standing around should have stepped up and offered to repair the botched tattoo that was produced by Tony. On multiple occasions, we have visited the shop only to be made feel like we don't belong or are a burden being there. Overall, the last few experiences we have had with this shop could be described as extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming. read more

Came here on a whim with a friend! Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating. They fit us in on short notice and did great work. While I was waiting for my friend to be done, the other staff helped me change out my recent nose ring at no cost. Will definitely be back again. read more

I went in for a jewelry change hoping that that would help with my keloid but after taking a look and talking to me for 20-30 minutes he explained why that wouldn't solve my problem. I very much appreciated the honesty rather than just taking my money for new jewelry and sending me on my way.
