Luke completely messed up my tattoo. I wanted a yin and yang on the back of my neck. What I got…read morewas oval, not symmetric and not centered. When I was able to get a clear look of how wrong it was I contacted Luke. He said he could fix it after it had healed. Once it was healed I contacted him again. He took the stance "let the buyer beware. It will cost hundreds of dollars and several trips to Syracuse to have it removed. I will eventually get it redone by someone who can draw a circle.

Since then, the appointment was rescheduled multiple times due to many different reasons (excuses) as to why they could not "tattoo her at this time". They went back down today (an hour drive!) only to receive a text just before they arrived to cancel on her yet again. When she asked for her money back, they were extremely rude to her and used foul language for no reason at all! They even refused to refund the full amount my brother paid claiming they "had a sale around that time" when he purchased the gift certificate. Of course they only wrote down the hours purchased and not the price paid. Throwing money in an already disappointed and frustrated girls hands while yelling at her "I hope he f***ing paid it" is completely unacceptable and outright disgusting! We do not recommend doing any business with Luke and these horrible money hungry so called "artists"!
