It's a small beauty shop but cozy. I did an underarm waxing and the lady was very fast. It didn't hurt at all. In the end, there were a few tiny tiny hair that cannot be removed by wax, I suggested plugging them, but the lady did threading! Threading is a traditional hair removal technics in Asia and it's very traditional. Even in Asia where I am from, not many people know how to do it anymore. So I was very impressed by it. The lady really did a very good job. The environment is not fancy but the price is also very good!! Will definitely go back!

After the Lash Lift service was complete I received a special after care package containing Lash Care Serum & Lash Brushes with some info. I also received a loyalty card & they do birthday discounts! After the service was done a few weeks later I was even contacted by The Lash Factory to see how my Lash Lift was! I love this detail because it shows that they care and want to make sure you were satisfied with your experience even after they already got paid for the service. Those little details are what separates this business from other Lash businesses I have gone to in the past. They really go above and beyond - and show that they truly care.
