We use to come here a lot when I was younger. They were one of the best nail salons in town. Unfortunately, after a pedicure this week, I can no longer recommend them. Their cleaning quality is not great, the pedicure was the most basic of basic of pedicures. I barely got any lotion and my friend got a giant cut into her nail. Very disappointed. read more

Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life! Had an appointment for 2 pedicures, showed up on time to find that our appointments had been given to 2 other people that had walked in minutes before us. Owner told us he could still fit us in but it would be 20-30 minutes. We decided to go grab coffee and told the owner that we would be back. Came back 30 minutes later and was refused service because they were closing early...after he had already said he would still fit us in. I have never been treated so rudely by a business owner in all of my life. I have been a customer of De'france for years, not anymore. Avoid. Worst pedicure I've ever had! Did not do the normal pedicure protocols such as scrubbing. I'm I'm usually not a critic but this was bad. And the owner had attitude. Just go elsewhere and don't waste your money. read more

Came with a friend. Dirty shop. Needs vacuuming, scrubbing, decluttering. Used the same brush and pumice stone on both of us. Sloppy pedicures - polish on toes that didn't get cleaned off. Both of us had cuts. One toe is bleeding. Afterward I found out my sister got an infection from a cut she received there. When it became clear that we were not getting a foot or leg massage, we asked and were told if we wanted a massage we would have to come back tomorrow. No wonder they were not busy. When I first walked in and saw the wait, I thought I had finally found a good nail salon in Moses Lake. I signed in on the clipboard as instructed, but they didn't go by the sign-in sheet. When I am in Moses Lake, I come here to get a pedicure. Every time it is slightly different. I usually am happy with how my nails look and the people are always friendly. The only recommendations that I would give is that it is best to call in and make an appointment. They do take walk-ins, but sometimes the wait can be long. So on some visits the pedicure can feel rushed instead of relaxing, depending on how many people are waiting. (I think they have downsized on how many employees they have so they are very busy) They do need to add to their color selection, as I feel they are limited on colors. In conclusion I am happy with how my nails look, but they could improve the experience slightly by not being so rushed and better color selection. read more

The worst place to get your nails done. Does a horrible job shaping acrylics then blames you for having bad nails. Will never come again.

If I could I would give them zero stars. I went in for a full set and came back a couple weeks later asking for them to remove the acrylic nails since my real nails were about the same length. I walked in there was no one besides two employees. They asked me what I need. I told them just a removal. The guy proceeded to ask me where I got them done at where I responded there. He got into a full argument that they didn't do my nails. I was irritated and left to get them removed elsewhere. read more

I went on a Tuesday afternoon thinking it wouldn't be busy, but surprisingly it was. I wanted to get a gel manicure and was pleased to see they have a large variety of Gelish. I didn't have to wait long, and they did a great job at shaping and clipping my cuticles (which is really the main reason why I go to nails salon because I'm terrible at both). However, I noticed that they didn't use the pH bonding solution that I'm use to (and I know is part of the Gelish application) and slopped the top coat on causing the edges to look messy and the gel to cure under my nail, which was annoying but an easy fix. Overall, the place is reasonable priced ($25 for gel manicure) but I think because they're so busy, they tend to rush. I would totally go back for cuticle care and shaping but will probably stick with doing my own gel. The acrylics looked good, from what I saw, and the pedicures seems pretty typical for what'd you'd expect from an Asian nail salon. read more

Wham! Bam! Thank you ma'am!! Had to be the quickest pedicure I have ever had. From picking out a color to sitting under the dryer it couldn't have been more than 15 minutes. Removal of old polish, quick cuticle check, a couple swipes with the cheese grater and it was on to the polish. The salon was sketchy, needed a good cleaning. read more

Got dragged here by a friend, whose turn it was to pay for our pedicures. The chair controls did not work, and it was a total rush job even though they we were the only customers in the salon. The guy scraped both of my ankles with the pumice scrubber to the point I walked away bleeding. They used razors, which is illegal! He did not trim and file my nails properly, and they were jagged and I had to touch them up myself. Then he apparently wasn't paying attention when I told him I wanted a design, and he put it on over the top coat, and was irritated when I pointed out that I had wanted a design in the first place. He did by far the ugliest sloppy flower on my toes I have ever seen. Yeah, never never NEVER again. read more

First, I called to check the hours of operation, and the guy that answered was rude. Then, Like the previous review states, it is a long, annoying wait when I got there. Finally, and worst of all is when I actually got called back to have my nails done. Not only could I barely understand what he was saying, he was very rude as well. Of course I could not walk out with only one hand done, (although I did consider it) so I just waited it out. Also, they pretty much pick out what you are getting done. I went to this place three times. The 3rd only a couple days later my nail acrylic started cracking. So I called the nail place to ask if they would fix it for free or if I should take my business else where. The man on the phone said to come in and they would fix it. So I go in, they take off all my nails and replace them. Then the lady tries to charge me $40! I'm like Whoa, I called and the guy said you'd fix them. So the manager is like no, only I can make those decisions. Ive never seen you before and if i had Id have remembered you. So I pull up my bank statement on my phone to not only prove that Id been there but less then a week prior! I was like fine, I will pay for them but never again will I return here!!!
