With the choice of music playing, and plenty of seating, Icould easily spend a few hours if I wasn't just passing through. The cold brew was flavorful and strong, although unfortunately it wasn't very cold. I also appreciated the excellent service. When I asked if they could make a turkey croissant that wasn't on the menu, they simply said, "No problem!" That kind of flexibility goes a long way. The green chili turkey panini was just okay. The green chili didn't taste particularly fresh, and the yellow mustard wasn't really my thing. For such a cool and unique coffeehouse, I'd love to see the food menu get a little more creative. Overall, a great atmosphere and friendly service make Stellar Coffee worth a stop, especially if you're looking for a comfortable place to hang out with a good cup of coffee.

The space is smaller than many Starbucks locations, yet it operates more efficiently than some much larger stores. My pitch to make Starbucks bring back the "been there" series. The discovery series, pales in comparison. The staff is top-notch and clearly experienced. A special shout-out to Shelly, who has worked for the company for approximately 18 years. Does Starbucks have an award pin for year's service? She has an exceptional ability to understand customers' needs the moment they approach. It is clear that she genuinely enjoys her work and takes pride in the company, and that energy carries through the entire store. The music volume is ideal. I admit that on a road trip, my sweet tooth seems to enlarge in size so to speak. Plenty of on street parking, great natural light, friendly and accommodating staff. The display case was filled with goodies, and I went with coconut cream pie. I think the flying saucers and aliens landed here to come eat this. Absolutely fantastic texture , flavor , and appearance. I I don't think I could justify driving down from Albuquerque on a regular basis, but I must say I thought about it.
