The space is smaller than many Starbucks locations, yet it operates more efficiently than some much larger stores. My pitch to make Starbucks bring back the "been there" series. The discovery series, pales in comparison. The staff is top-notch and clearly experienced. A special shout-out to Shelly, who has worked for the company for approximately 18 years. Does Starbucks have an award pin for year's service? She has an exceptional ability to understand customers' needs the moment they approach.
