She's talented, quick, and friendly. As for the salon itself, it's completely spotless, there's literally no dust or crumbs anywhere. The receptionists are kind and helpful, and it didn't take me long to get an appointment at all. The pricing is extremely fair in my opinion, and it looks like they even offer memberships if you're more of a frequent flyer. Dr. Epstein's expertise with Preserve is what sold me. Honestly, the part I was most nervous about was going under anesthesia. Because Preserve is so minimally invasive, I was able to have sedation instead. Dr. Spaliaris, the anesthesiologist, was an angel. She called me the night before to walk me through everything, and by the time I was in the OR I felt completely relaxed and genuinely excited for the procedure to start. That says a lot coming from someone who was terrified. The whole thing was quick. I was in and out in about three hours.
