Then, I was surprised to hear that most people don't get numbing cream for Botox with her. I didn't trust that so made sure to have it put on. Nevertheless, she was extremely gentle and it was a very good experience. I'm so happy that I gave her a chance and trusted her - definitely don't regret it. Will definitely be back!

I have been frequenting Romero clinic for quite some time ...I'd say probably over 10 years... But…read morethings have changed there dramatically ..you can't even get an appointment by phone ...you have to text and they don't answer you back sometimes. You have to text repeatedly ..that right there just makes me nervous! That as well as the fact that Dr. Romero goes away for very long periods like a month at a time to his "farm" in the Philippines... Whatever that means and leaves his nephew who he says he trained personally and who is not a doctor nor a dermatologist nor an aesthetician to do his work. He did some work on my face and I was not at all pleased with the results. When I mentioned it to Dr. Romero he became completely standoffish. I had never made a complaint about anything in the entire time that I've been there and I gently described to him my issue and he told me that it was all in my head that from where he was standing it looked great. Well it did not look great and I'm not going to have somebody tell me that it's all in my head. Several other reviewers here have said the same thing about him for years now. He cannot stand one drop of criticism. If that were my customer I would not treat them the way that he has treated those of us who have brought up a concern about our treatment. Very unprofessional also very un compassionate. I now go to a board certified dermatologist and have never been happier. That is all.

My first visit, I was so nervous but because I have gotten waxes she told me that it wouldn't be painful just some heat and pinching sensation is certain areas. Shaving before your appointment is a must, but the laser works best when the hair is shaved down. I've learned that it's best to go in with a fresh shave and not after a full day of work. Only 2 sessions to go and I'm already so happy with the results!

Most of the staff is very nice except for the manager/owner. Every single time I've been here she's given me attitude, a hard time or changed her mind about something. If you want to be treated like a child with no improvements on what you came for, go to this place. I'd rather take my business anywhere else than here.

Before that, the doctors he had been seeing could not make a correct diagnosis and prescribe the appropriate treatment. The doctor immediately determined what kind of disease it was and prescribed an ointment. A few days later, there was a noticeable improvement. I want to note that the doctor was very attentive, polite, and took his time. His staff is also amazing. My body was completely depleted. Kevin has guided me on everything that I needed to know as man in his thirties. He is more than extremely informative! He is also compassionate and has empathy which are two very rare aspects to find in a doctor these days.
