So I walked back out to my car with wet hair when it was 10 degrees outside. I still have split ends, and now I have to go pay for another haircut somewhere else. My stylist didn't smile once, and spent most of the time chatting with a woman (the owner? another hairdresser?) who was wearing her pajamas in the middle of the shop. She then collaborated with me to make long term plans and goals. She demonstrated excellent color, cut, and styling skills. She was confident in seeking out knowledge from her fellow colleagues.
