This store has been open for +30 years!! A true treasure hunt with a super expert owner, Robin, that can answer any question and any last minute need! She also buys your vintage items per need and upon evaluation. I had a western themed non-profit dinner and the same night of the event was able to pull together the coolest fit with Robin's assistance. I can't believe wait to come back and sort through her jewelry and other threads.

This little shop is packed with jewelry, trinkets, accessories, clothing and shoes from eras gone by. If you like vintage pieces, this is the place for you! The woman who owns the shop (forgot to get her name) is very friendly and more than willing to chat with customers. She clearly has an eye for unique and authentic vintage items. I enjoyed perusing the many jewelry displays and even purchased two rings, which were discounted off the price at the register. Cool little place! P.S. If you have any vintage custome jewerly, bring them in and the shop owner will consider buying your pieces.

When I was in High School, I always shopped at Deja Vu. It is still owned by the same woman, which is refreshing in this ever changing city. She stocks vintage dresses, shoes, coats, sweaters. You name it, she's probably got one of 'em. Check her store out! Here is a link to an Orlando Weekly article mentioning Deja Vu: http://www.orlandoweekly.com/features/story.asp?id=8139

I would not recommend this store at all unless you want to waste your money and time. I purchased a…read morehat from the store for $80 today, described as a vintage item. However, I found the exact same hat (same brand, size, and model) on the official website being sold for $52. This is the regular retail price, not a discounted sale price (photos below). Besides, I bought another thing which the owner didn't know about the price and charged me expensive.

Love this thoughtfully curated vintage shop in Ivanhoe Village (on Virginia Drive). The owners,…read moreMarvin & Wendy, are fabulous and I'm always blown away by the unique furniture pieces they are able to source and refurbish into beautiful like-new designs. They have a fantastic collection of home furnishings, retro decor, vintage fashion & handmade accessories by Hotsie Totsie Vintage, and even carry products by some of Orlando's most talented local makers. Ouch Plants has a super cute display succulents and cacti potted in repurposed vessels. They are constantly adding to their eclectic mix of mid century and vintage pieces. Be the first to know about new arrivals by following along with them on Instagram @echoesofretro. They are constantly posting new tables, chairs, bedroom furniture, sofas, desks, shelving, bar carts, etc. You'll also find vintage art, vases, glassware, brass figurines, sculptures lamps and more! One of these days I'll get my hands on my dream pink vintage vanity set. They had one a few months ago and it went quick! This shop is definitely worth browsing through the next time you find yourself in the Ivanhoe neighborhood. You can also shop a section of their goodies at The Owl's Attic in Audubon Park!

Inside, you'll find the boutique up front with a private event space toward the back, and outside there's plenty of comfy seating that's great for hanging out or hosting an outdoor event. The store has something stylish for everyone...women's, men's, and even baby clothes (the children's section is in the cutest van out back!). The walls are decorated with locally sourced, one-of-a-kind art pieces, and they also sell beautiful homeware. It's one of my favorite places for gifts. Whether it's a gorgeous candle or a custom charm necklace made from their charm bar for permanent jewelry. And the events here? SO much fun! They host the most unique and artsy workshops including floral arranging, vintage candle making, diy perfume and more. I went to a vintage candle class by Nadine with some friends, and we had the best time. They also offer other fun classes like yoga and boxing. You can find all the upcoming events and workshops on their website, and they even rent out the space for private events. It's truly impossible to visit House on Lang and not feel right at home. You'll leave with things you never knew you needed! Christie, the owner, is so friendly and helpful. Definitely ask for her opinion or advice, she has amazing taste. Such a special place, highly recommend checking it out!
