After finding that he closed his business (the day of my session) I decided that it wasn't good business practice to not contact his customers and inform them of this. After searching for him, I found him on facebook and requested a refund. He is refusing to refund my deposit even though he closed his business. A business that closes its doors is obligated to refund deposit for service. I understand he is practicing under someone else however it still doesnt give him a right to keep the deposit. That business is closed and any contract I signed is null and void.

I wanted my granddaughter, Lily Rose, to be a permanent part of me. I went to Black Market and they were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. The owner's wife made an appointment for me with Joe. He listen to my idea, drew it out and made it a reality. I was a bit apprehensive regarding the possible pain but to my surprise it wasn't that bad. I would recommend the shop and especially Joe hands down.

I had asked The young man who i scheduled with if he could match the font that was used on my original piece. He was supposed to mark up a few for me to choose when I came for my appointment. Not only he had not done so, as I said he had a female in the chair and I had to wait until he finished hers before getting mine done. Believe me, if i hadn't already paid one third of the cost for mine, I would've just left. I hope I have the date marked on my calendar. I will post it if I find it. Denying that I was ever there isn't the way to handle a detrimental review.

When you see on Facebook that the artists send out pictures of tattoos that they want to do on people, you tend to get the idea that they could really care less about what they can do for their customers!!!
